Blanco Tequila 38% 70cl

Volcan di mi Tierra sources their Blue Weber agave from two volcanic soil potreros in Jalisco. One in the highlands, at 5500 ft asl., where the agave imparts fruitiness and florality, and one in the lowlands, at 3000 ft asl., for earthiness and a spicy herbaceousness. In each case, the agave piñas are cooked in a combination of stone ovens and modern autoclaves, then tahona-, and machine-milled. The musto is fermented in a combination of stainless steel vessels and French and American oak casks, then distilled in copper stills.
