Drinkmonger is a trading name of The Dormant Distillery Company Ltd. This privacy policy explains how we use any personal data that we collect from your use of our website.

WHAT DO WE COLLECT
When registering or placing an order online we collect the information required to contact you (name, phone number, email address) and ensure that any order placed can be processed and successfully sent to the intended recipient (billing and delivery address information). When signing up to our newsletters without registering we will also gather your name and email address. Anonymous website usage is gathered using cookies.

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION
We collect information to allow us to process your order and send it to the recipient correctly. In addition, if you have signed up for our newsletters then we will use your email contact details to send you regular emails containing promotions, new releases and deals. We will not share your information for marketing purposes outside of The Dormant Distillery Company. During the processing of your order we may send your details to payment processors and their associated credit and fraud check agencies. Please note that we retain data for as long as is legally or legitimately required after which point it is securely destroyed.

MARKETING
If you have opted in to our email newsletters then we will send you regular newsletters containing new releases, deals and news. Please note that email information will be passed to our email platform, Mailchimp, to ensure it gets to your email address correctly. You have the right to opt out of any email marketing at any time. To do this please send an email to info@drinkmonger.com from the email address that you would like removed from our marketing database or unsubscribe directly from the email.

You have the right to request any information that we hold about you. Please be aware that there may be a small admin charge in cases of large or complex data requests.
